Operations Technician at L&T

Your Responsibilities:

As an operations technician, you will perform work for our customers, who are both commercial property owners, industries, and municipalities. We offer a highly varied job that includes operational optimization, alarm management, preventive maintenance, follow-up, and reporting. As an operations technician with us, you will have an independent and engaging job where the results of your work lead to well-maintained facilities with reduced energy and operational costs for our customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and relevant education in property operations
• Experience in operational optimization and service work within property
• Good knowledge of property technology (electricity, ventilation, HVAC, cooling, or similar)
• Good command of Swedish in speech and writing
• Knowledgeable in control and regulation technology
• Good computer skills
• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Education as an operations technician
• A couple of years of experience as an operations technician
• Experience in systematic fire protection work and sprinkler systems

Scope of Work:

Full-time. Start according to agreement. This role is based in Malmö, and on-call duty may be included in the position.
