This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting until September 2027. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at LSR.

About the company

LSR aims to prevent the generation of waste and provide a safe, accessible, and efficient collection system if waste does occur in Landskrona and Svalöv. The company manages the materials of businesses and restores the Lundåkrabukten landfill area in a sustainable manner. LSR is a municipal company that currently has 20 employees and serves approximately 61,850 residents. The company has three business areas: waste under municipal responsibility, restoration of the Lundåkradeponin, and business operations.

In 2027, LSR will celebrate its 50th anniversary - an important jubilee that will be celebrated with various activities reflecting the company's history and future. Preparations will intensify in 2026, and in connection with this, a rebranding of the company will also begin. In the role of communicator, you will be responsible for driving the work with both the company's rebranding and the 50th anniversary.

Responsibilities

As a communicator at LSR, you will play a key role in driving their communication forward and creating engagement around the environment and sustainability. You will work both strategically and operationally – from developing communication plans to producing inspiring messages and content for the website, newsletters, and campaigns.

You will have overall responsibility for the content and development of LSR's website. In 2026, a completely new website will be launched on a modern platform – a project that you will lead from start to finish. You will represent LSR at events, fairs, and study visits where you will have the opportunity to communicate with different target groups in an engaging way. This also means that you will participate in various weekend and/or evening events a few times a year.

You will also be the project manager for school projects such as Plastjakten and Resterkocken and serve as an important support for colleagues in their communication projects. In addition, you will produce materials that strengthen LSR's brand, manage advertising, and contribute to creating communication that makes a difference.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Academic education in communication, marketing, or a similar field or equivalent work experience
• Relevant experience in communication work, preferably in a role where you have combined strategic and operational responsibility
• Good computer and system skills as well as experience in editorial work for web and digital channels
• Good knowledge of graphic programs (InDesign and Illustrator)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
• Experience in the waste industry, environmental industry, or related fields is an advantage
