CNC Operator for 2-shift or permanent night shift – grow with Växjöfabriken!

About the role

As a CNC operator, you will work with modern multi-operation machines and be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly with high quality and efficiency. You will:

• Independently read and interpret drawings
• Set up, adjust, and operate machines
• Retrieve and adapt programs in Okuma's control system
• Perform control measurements using both hand tools and coordinate measuring machines
• Conduct ongoing maintenance of machines and tools

We are looking for someone who

• Has workshop experience and a genuine technical interest
• Is meticulous, responsible, and used to working independently
• Has experience with machining on multi-operation machines
• Is proficient in reading drawings and measurement techniques
• Ideally has worked with Okuma's control system and castings before

A high school education in industry or automation is an advantage, but equally important is your curiosity and willingness to develop.

The position starts with TopWork with the goal of the candidate later transitioning to an employment with the client.
