We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented property caretaker who wants to become an important part of our team. You will work with both internal and external maintenance of our properties and be a key person in creating a safe, pleasant, and well-functioning environment for our tenants.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of the properties
• Ongoing troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Maintenance of outdoor environments (e.g., lawn mowing, snow removal, sanding)
• Rounds and checks of technical installations
• Ordering materials and contacting contractors
• Assistance and support to tenants
• Participation in smaller projects and improvement work

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in property maintenance or similar work
• Is practical and enjoys solving problems
• Thrives in working both independently and in a team
• Has a good sense of service and interacts with people in a pleasant manner
• Has a B driver's license (preferred)
• Has basic knowledge in plumbing, electrical, or construction (preferred)
