As a cold storage warehouse employee, you will be picking goods to be delivered to Arla's customers. Do you enjoy being physically active at work and want to be an important part of supplying the entire Norrland with dairy products? If so, read on and feel free to apply to our cold storage!
What does the role entail?
The main task is to pick goods using a system called Pick-To-Voice. You contribute to a safe working environment among your colleagues by following our safety regulations and help create a good atmosphere in our cold storage. To thrive with us, you need to enjoy working in a structured manner and always complete your tasks. The role requires heavy lifting, where you stand and walk a lot in your daily work. You will receive training in ergonomics during your onboarding to learn how to work in a way that is sustainable for your body.
Working hours
Our working hours are scheduled between 05:00 and 22:00 Sunday to Friday, with most shifts falling between 09:30 and the latest end time at 19:00. Our evening shift starts at 13:00 or 14:00 and ends at 22:00. Requests for shifts may arise at short notice, so we are looking for someone who is flexible and has another main occupation.
Who are you?
- At least 18 years old
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Have another main occupation
- Have a forklift license A (B is an additional merit)

Introduction and training will take place over 2-4 weekdays, scheduled during the day Monday to Friday by agreement. The position is a temporary employment, extra as needed with the chance for more hours during holidays and the possibility of summer employment.
To work with us, it is a requirement that you are at least 18 years old, due to the working hours of the position (AFS 2012:3 §19). Since you must be able to understand and comprehend safety regulations and manuals, good knowledge of Swedish is also required. You need to be able to demonstrate your right to work in Sweden, which will be done during the interview. You will need to present a passport, national ID card, or certificate from the Migration Agency.
