About the Position

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible grinder/polisher for one of our clients in Skogås. You will work with manual grinding and polishing of stainless steel components, where the requirements for surface and precision are high. The work is carried out in close collaboration with production and is an important part of ensuring that our products meet customer quality requirements.

The role suits you who enjoys practical work, has a good sense of finish and quality, and likes to see the results of your craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Grinding and polishing of stainless steel components with hand tools
Quality control of surfaces and finished products
Basic maintenance of tools and equipment
Collaboration with operators, welders, and production management

The company is a mechanical workshop specializing in contract manufacturing and precision machining in metal. The company delivers components with high quality requirements to, among others, the food and medical technology industries, where accuracy and finish are crucial.

Your Profile

Requirements:

Experience in industrial work or similar practical profession
Good accuracy and eye for detail
Understanding of the importance of quality and cleanliness in food or medical production
Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

Experience in grinding/polishing stainless steel
Experience from workshops, metal processing, or precision mechanics
