About the role

We are looking for someone with experience in property services who wants to work with a varied assignment! The role includes maintenance of green areas, property inspections, and cleaning. We believe you have previously worked in property services, have an interest in outdoor maintenance, and a good understanding of internal property inspections and cleaning. You are meticulous, service-oriented, and enjoy working broadly – from green area maintenance to cleaning and property supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Internal maintenance of properties and common areas

  • Inspections and technical supervision

  • Minor repairs and service tasks

  • Maintenance of gardens and green areas

  • Snow removal and ice control in winter

  • Cleaning-related tasks

  • Ongoing contact with contractual customers

  • Participate in the development of our routines

We are looking for someone who
  • Has previous experience in property maintenance

  • Has experience working with green areas and/or gardens

  • Enjoys varied tasks and is not afraid to pitch in where needed

  • Is familiar with working with different machines and tools

  • Works independently and is well-organized

  • Has a good sense of service and is easy to collaborate with

  • Is computer literate and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Has a B driver's license

Meritorious
  • Experience working with housing cooperatives

  • Property technical or similar education

  • Interest in digital work tools

  • Knowledge of pruning and maintenance of plants
