We are looking for a property caretaker for an assignment lasting three months, starting immediately.

Responsibilities associated with the role include:

Practical work in residential properties
Contact with craftsmen, suppliers, and tenants
Reporting issues and providing basic service
Repairs within the property such as light sources, locks, doors, etc.
Supervision of technical installations and requesting service (ventilation systems, cooling units, laundry facilities, etc.).
Supervision, maintenance, and care of yards/gardens. Snow removal and ice prevention as needed
Heavy lifting, work in tight spaces, and at heights may occur.
Systematic fire protection work and handling of keys/access cards

As a property caretaker, you are expected to perform tasks that are important and relevant to the needs of the business.
