ISS is looking for cleaning substitutes – Östhammar and surrounding areas

Do you want a meaningful job where you contribute to clean and safe healthcare environments? ISS is now looking for engaged and flexible cleaning substitutes who can work in Tierp and surrounding areas during the absence of regular staff.

About the role

As a cleaner within ISS Healthcare, you play an important role in creating a pleasant and hygienic environment for both patients, staff, and visitors. The work takes place in healthcare facilities where the demands for accuracy, hygiene, and professional interaction are very high.

Examples of tasks:

• Daily and periodic cleaning according to Swedish standard SS 8760014:2017 (Insta 800)
• Restocking materials and consumables
• Cleaning patient areas, reception areas, and common areas
• Cleaning according to current hygiene routines and guidelines
• Operating combination scrubbers and other cleaning machines as needed
• Communication and collaboration with healthcare staff

The position is a part-time employment as needed, with work at short notice during illness or other leave. This means recurring fixed-term employments at various employment levels. Placement is in Tierp and surrounding areas, and a driver's license B is required as assignments may vary between different locations.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and service-oriented. You understand the importance of working methodically and following routines, especially in a healthcare environment where cleanliness and hygiene are crucial for patient safety. You enjoy working independently but also collaborate well with colleagues and healthcare staff. Your approach towards customers, patients, and colleagues is characterized by respect, care, and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work at short notice

Meritorious:

• Experience in cleaning, preferably within a healthcare environment
• Experience in operating cleaning machines, such as combination scrubbers
