About the position
As an area manager at Samhall, you will be responsible for employees, customer relations, as well as operations and daily management, which means a varied, exciting, and operational job.

You have a clear responsibility to develop your employees and match the right employees to the right assignments. You will also work to coach your employees towards new jobs outside of Samhall, which is one of your most important goals. Coaching includes motivating, making business contacts for recruitment collaborations, and creating conditions for development through work and education.

In customer responsibility, you are expected to develop cooperation with both existing and new customers. Depending on the nature and size of the assignments, you as an area manager will be responsible for either one or several assignments. You work in a team with others to contribute to the district's goal fulfillment and profitability. As the person responsible for operations, you ensure that the right person is in the right place and actively work to ensure a good working environment and satisfied customers.

We are looking for someone who has:
• Leadership experience with personnel responsibility
• Experience in sales and customer relations with good results
• Experience working operationally with staff and customers
• Industry experience in cleaning is an advantage
• At least a high school education

As a person, you are attentive, reliable, and engaged. You are passionate about leadership and believe in people's ability to develop. You have a business mindset and know that satisfied customers are created through good deliveries and strong relationships. You have the ability to develop and coach your employees and match the right person to the right assignment. As a leader, you are driven and used to working independently based on a goal and results-oriented approach while being a team player who interacts with others with a focus on the district's and market area's development. You enjoy creating contacts and developing good relationships both internally and externally.
