About the Position

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as a consultant on demand for our various clients in Östersund. As a on-call consultant at KFX HR-partner, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse assignments in areas such as retail marketing, delivery, inventory management, service, and logistics. The assignments are flexible and can vary in length, working hours, and content – making the position perfect for you who are studying, running your own business, or seeking flexible employment. You will become an important resource for our clients and help where the need is greatest, sometimes at short notice. Your daily routine will be varied, and you will gain valuable experience from several different industries and workplaces.

Job Responsibilities

As a consultant, your tasks may include:

• Signage for marketing
• Delivering goods
• Inventory management, picking, and packing
• Providing general support at events, fairs, or temporary projects at the client

You will work independently but will always have support from KFX HR-partner. Since the assignments vary, it is important that you can quickly adapt to new work environments and enjoy a flexible daily routine.

Qualifications

You need to be a quick learner and easily adapt to new tasks and environments. Since assignments often occur at short notice, it is important that you are punctual, reliable, and comfortable working independently. You have a professional demeanor and are a good communicator who quickly builds trust with both colleagues and clients.

We would like you to have:

• Previous experience in service occupations, such as reception, retail, or administration
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Some computer skills and the ability to learn new systems easily
• The ability to work on short notice at varying times (weekdays, primarily daytime)
