Team Leader – Take Responsibility and Develop Our Warehouse!

About the Role

As a Team Leader with us, you will play an important role in leading and coordinating our warehouse operations. In addition to optimizing our flows and processes, it is your responsibility to create a motivating work environment where employees thrive and perform. Experience in handling personnel issues is a great advantage, as you will be a key person in building and strengthening our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse and ensure that goals are met.
• Plan and distribute tasks among the staff.
• Coach, support, and develop employees to create a strong and engaged team.
• Handle personnel issues, such as scheduling, development talks, and workplace environment issues.
• Ensure that tasks are performed according to applicable routines and safety regulations.
• Identify and implement improvements in processes and workflows.
• Participate operationally when needed, for example in picking and packing.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a natural leader and has experience in managing both personnel and warehouse processes. You have the ability to create structure, motivate your team, and see opportunities in challenges. We believe you:

• Have experience working in a warehouse and leading personnel or other similar operations.
• Have experience with personnel issues, such as scheduling, conversations, and workplace environment work.
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and have good communication skills.
• Have good knowledge of warehouse processes and preferably experience with warehouse management systems or other similar processes and systems.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take responsibility and manage changes.

• Have a desire to contribute to our success and a strong commitment to both people and processes.
