Coop Kongahälla is a well-established and nice store with a good assortment and a clear ecological profile. Our opening hours are 7 AM to 11 PM every day of the week to provide good accessibility for all our customers. We, who run the store together, consist of around 40 employees plus a number of additional part-time workers.
We are moving forward and are now looking for additional staff for the store. This time we are seeking two Bakers/Pastry Chefs. The bakery is a very important part and has a significant presence in the store. As a baker/pastry chef, you have a great responsibility to create a vibrant store that constantly exceeds our customers' expectations together with your colleagues. Every customer should feel unique through your sense of service and creativity.
As a baker/pastry chef, you should be able to offer our customers a fresh and inviting department every day of the week. The tasks for both positions include everything from bread production to working with the store's catering operations, baking wedding cakes, managing orders, campaigns, and planning recipes. In one of the positions, part of the time will also involve working as a cold food preparer. For both positions, it is important that you have a sense for trends and news to continuously maximize sales in combination with our customers' unique wishes.
We expect that you have previous experience in these areas and that you have documented knowledge of hygiene and safe handling of raw materials.
Together with your colleagues, you will work to create a selling and inspiring environment and ensure that Coop's sustainability policy is followed.
The positions are two permanent part-time contracts of 35 hours/week. A probationary period applies.

- Education as a baker/pastry chef and/or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience working as a cold food preparer is an advantage.
- Experience working with fresh goods in a store is highly meritorious.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is required.
