We are currently looking for someone with previous experience in production to our client in the industry in Falkenberg. The assignment is part of our staffing operations and you will be employed by us and rented out to our client.

An independent and varied role where you are responsible for driving and optimizing part of the production. The role includes, among other things:

• Operating and handling a long fork truck in daily production.
• Operating machinery.
• Inputting and adjusting settings according to customer requirements and product.
• Ensuring the right quality and following given routines.
• Working solution-oriented and independently in a fast-paced environment.

You have experience working in production or warehousing and are comfortable operating a truck, preferably with experience in long fork trucks. If you have experience in machine handling or as a machine operator, that is a plus. You have practical skills and a good ability to understand workflows. To succeed in the role, you also need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation and instructions are in Swedish. As a person, you take responsibility for your work and enjoy working independently. You thrive in a pace where you need to plan, prioritize, and solve problems as they arise. You are calm, reliable, and have a positive attitude that contributes to both quality and good collaboration in production.
