to apply for the job

At Lyko, we are not just another e-commerce retailer – we have built a complete ecosystem in beauty! Did you think we only sell products online and in stores? Not at all. We own the entire chain, from idea and product development 💡 to production, warehousing, and distribution. We are now recruiting several employees for our production unit in Gothenburg! Are you quick, precise, and enjoy working methodically? Now is your chance if you want to work in production and have a fun job with a fast pace where you fill and pack our products! 🙌

Psst, we are also looking for a colleague who will work with preparation (mixing according to recipes) of our products. If that suits you even better, you can find an ad for that role here!

About the role

As a production worker in filling and packing, you will have the opportunity to work in a role that combines both physical activity and precision ⚡ Your tasks will include filling, corking, labeling, checking, and packing cosmetic chemical products. This will be done either manually or by machine. The role also includes cleaning the premises and machines according to established routines. You will follow the routines that occur in the department and report any deviations to your immediate supervisor.

Who are you?

We believe that you thrive best when you are part of an engaged team working towards clear goals. You enjoy a high work pace and having an active job. As a person, you are an engaged joy-spreader with a good work ethic. You value order and cleanliness and do not compromise on precision. If you have worked in a similar environment, that is certainly a merit, but we do not believe that the key to success lies in what you have done in your CV or how you acquired your skills. We believe that the key to success lies in your personal qualities, motivations, and ability to solve new problems you face.

It is advantageous if you have:

  • Experience in similar tasks within production, filling, or packing
  • A good technical understanding and enjoy handling machines and basic troubleshooting
  • A forklift license or experience with similar practical tasks

Additional information

  • The employment is permanent with a 6-month initial probationary period.
  • Working hours? Regular shifts are Monday to Thursday 06:54-16:00 and Fridays 06:54-14:30. However, there may also be evening shifts with working hours Monday to Thursday 14:30-23:00 and Friday 10:30-18:00.
  • Where? Our production unit in Västra Frölunda, Gothenburg.
  • Start date? Immediately or as agreed.
  • Salary according to collective agreement.

At Lyko, we believe that who you are and what abilities you have are more important than your previous experience, so do not hesitate to apply even if you do not tick off everything on our wish list! In line with this, we have scrapped the requirement for a CV and cover letter and instead use selection questions and personality tests when recruiting. We hope this gives you a better opportunity to show what you can do in the areas that are important to us and know that it also provides more objective, fairer, and more equitable recruitment!⭐

If this sounds like the right challenge for you, apply today or no later than December 14, 2025. Selection will be ongoing. If you have questions about the position, email Jonas Pauli Berglund, Production Manager, at [email protected].

Psst! Since we do not want any personal data to risk being misplaced, we do not accept applications via email; instead, you can easily apply by clicking on “Apply now.” Good luck!

Lyko is a hair care and beauty specialist with the ambition to change the industry.
