About the position Are you an administratively strong forklift driver with experience in both transport bookings and forklift operation? Then this could be the job for you! We are looking for a forklift driver who will work both administratively in an office environment as needed and as a forklift operator in the warehouse. The main part of the job consists of forklift operation. The administrative work will be trained over a number of weeks before it is time, but you need to have some administrative experience beforehand. The position involves dispatching tasks from the order department to the relevant carrier/freight forwarder. The role has a contact interface that extends within the company to external parties regarding the handling and administration of transports and documents. In addition to the administrative role, warehouse work is also required.

Responsibilities

• Book transports against customer orders per freight agreement
• Ensure that the correct documents for booked transport are ready on the shipping day.
• Forklift operation and warehouse work.

- Previous experience in transport booking

- Previous experience in administration

- Previous experience in forklift operation and warehouse work.

- To be considered for the position, you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
