Main Responsibilities:

Prepare and set up hot buffet according to established procedures.
Ensure that the buffet is well-stocked, inviting, and maintains the correct temperature during serving hours.
Welcome and greet guests with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Answer questions about the food and assist guests as needed.
Clear away and wash dishes, cutlery, and serving utensils.
Clean the buffet area and other work surfaces according to hygiene and safety regulations.
Manage waste and recycling according to applicable guidelines.
Close down and tidy up the premises after serving.
