Your role

As a property caretaker, you primarily work with gardening and cleaning. Your tasks include trimming, mowing, weeding, shrub care, cleaning outdoor environments, and maintaining cleanliness in our stairwells and laundry rooms. You are not afraid to try new things and are a team player when needed. You also possess personal maturity and are very responsible in the role of property caretaker. You are flexible when required and open to learning new things.

You help improve and change the everyday lives of our tenants. You make a difference, big and small, for people for many years to come. You also take on social responsibility.

Your qualifications

• We prefer that you have knowledge and experience in property maintenance tasks as well as knowledge of handling the machinery used in daily work.
• If you have an education in green space management, it is a merit.
• Digital competence is desirable as we work in several digital systems and the mobile phone is a tool in our daily work.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Employment form

Seasonal employment, full-time starting in April or May 2026. A criminal record extract will be requested.
