JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As production staff, you will play a central role in the food industry production. You will work in a smaller but well-organized operation where quality, precision, and commitment are crucial for the results.

Your main tasks include:

• Machine monitoring, basic settings, and quality controls

• Packing, labeling, and documentation

• Sampling and control according to hygiene and safety procedures (HACCP)

• Maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines

• Participation in improvement work and production development

The work involves close collaboration with both production and the administrative part, making the role both varied and developmental.

For the right person, there is also the opportunity to eventually grow into a team leader role, where you become a natural link between practical work and daily planning.

• Experience in food production or process industry

• Technical interest and understanding of machines and processes

• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures

• Good Swedish in speech and writing, as well as basic English

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position as a production worker is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. For the right person, there are good opportunities for long-term stability and development towards a future team leader role.
