Primär is a group consisting of Primär Service Management, Primär Property Management, and Primär Cleaning Services.

As a group, Primär is large enough to have the resources to deliver to all types of customers, yet small enough to be customer-oriented and flexible throughout Sweden. Job Responsibilities

As a team leader in cleaning services in this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the cleaning delivery for one of our sites in central Stockholm. The focus is on cleaning, and in this role, you will have daily contact with employees within the assignment and with the operations manager. You will also be responsible for performing cleaning tasks within the assignment. Your tasks will include:

• Cleaning the premises for the current customer
• Staff planning in case of illness, etc.
• Contact with the customer

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of cleaning experience
• Documented experience as a team leader or similar
• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, due to the job's requirements.
• SRY, PRYL, or similar education is an advantage

To be able to follow work instructions, safety regulations, and routines, you need to speak, read, and write Swedish fluently.

About the Position

Permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months. The position is for Stockholm and surrounding areas. Salary and conditions according to collective agreement. The applicable collective agreement is Service Contract Property.

Start immediately or by agreement. The selection process is ongoing.
