CNC Production Engineer

Do you want to develop and optimize manufacturing processes while providing technical support to production? Are you a detail-oriented and problem-solving individual with experience in production technology and CNC? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

e-Component is in an expansion phase and we now need to strengthen the team with two additional CNC production engineers. In this role, you will work closely with production and contribute to both efficiency and quality. As a production engineer, you will be involved in developing the department, focusing on process optimization, technical support, and continuous improvements to ensure efficient production and a safe working environment.

About the Position

To succeed in the role of production engineer, you need to have the ability to create structure, engagement, and good collaboration in a growing organization. You enjoy taking responsibility, analyzing problems, and driving improvements together with production leaders, your team, and colleagues. Your focus is on ensuring an efficient and well-functioning production while contributing to a positive work environment and development. You are also prepared to cover for colleagues and assist with other tasks that may arise. Your main responsibilities include:

• Optimizing manufacturing processes and developing instructions, fixtures, and tools.
• Developing and improving methods for increased efficiency and quality in production.
• Providing technical support to operators and analyzing and addressing deviations.
• Contributing to the maintenance and operational reliability of machines and equipment.
• Planning and conducting training and mentoring new employees.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in production technology, preferably with a background in CNC. You have good knowledge of tools, manufacturing methods, and reading technical drawings. As a person, you are detail-oriented, problem-solving, and easy to collaborate with others. You are proactive, pedagogical, and enjoy working in a team. You are motivated to develop both processes and people, with a natural focus on improvement and results.
