About the Job

Due to the high demand for our boats and the growth of production, Linjett Yachts is now looking for experienced laminators for our plastic/laminate production. We are seeking both a managerial role and technicians. You need to have experience and knowledge in one of the following areas: Gelcoating/repairing gelcoat, polyester laminating by hand or with injection through vacuum technology, applying fiberglass fabric, and trimming finished products.

Our production handles boats between 10-15 m and requires professional skills and experience in the mentioned areas.

Experience in laminating with epoxy and carbon fiber is also qualifying but not a requirement.

You need to be good at maintaining structure and order in your work and be able to independently plan and execute installations under responsibility. Collaborating with the team is as important as being able to manage yourself in your work.

We see a long-term employment at Rosättra - and therefore, the person should be or become resident within a 45-minute commuting distance. Good knowledge of Swedish is a requirement.

About Rosättra

We are a modern boatyard with 140 years of tradition and about 45 employees located 15 km from Norrtälje. We build Linjett sailing boats using modern methods and also take care of them during the winter. The demand for our handcrafted Linjett sailing boats and services is increasing, and we need to strengthen ourselves for future projects. Our customers have very high expectations for our Linjetters and service work. We who work here have a strong sense of quality and service and always put the boat owner in focus.

All individuals working at Rosättra Boat Yard need to have their own drive and enthusiasm to contribute. Our workweek ends at 1:30 PM on Fridays, providing a longer weekend, we offer wellness grants and TMF/GS agreements. The work entails personal freedom and responsibility that must be handled by all employees at the yard.
