We are looking for you who want to work with cleaning in an industrial environment where safety is a priority. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a strong safety mindset. You will be employed by Sodexo, but the work will be performed at the customer's site. The locations of the workplaces vary, and there are no public transport options, so to be considered for the position, you must have a driver's license and access to your own car.

What you will be working with:

• Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks
• Ensure that all surfaces in the workplace are clean and fresh
• Be an advocate for health and safety

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Meticulous and punctual

You have a high safety awareness and can work independently. You must be able to receive instructions and appreciate working in a team.

About the position

Working hours: weekdays during the day

Location: Gävle, Sandviken, Valbo

Salary: According to collective agreement

The assignment is currently on hold but will start in the second or third week of January 2026, and only then can work become relevant. The position may be hours as needed or temporary, full-time for shorter or longer periods. The assignment will not be carried out on bridge days and has breaks during the industrial holiday and between Christmas and New Year; other temporary shutdowns may occur for safety reasons.

Before starting the position, a mandatory safety training must be completed with a passing result, as well as training for the scissor lift. The scissor lift training is a full-day course and will take place in mid-December.

The nature of the work does not allow for any form of introduction beyond what you receive verbally. Therefore, it places high demands on your ability to absorb verbal information. It is important that you understand English at the workplace as communication and instructions are partly in English.
