Description

Gatapark primarily works to create added value for residents and visitors in the municipality.

We aim to offer a high level of service and contribute to creating added value, development, and growth in Ljusdal municipality. We strive to achieve this in collaboration with other activities within the municipal organization and together with all other local actors in the municipality, such as businesses, associations, organizations, and the public.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with green space maintenance and is not afraid to pitch in where needed. You have good physical fitness and enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions. You are a problem solver who can take initiative and is self-sufficient in your role. You thrive in a team environment but can also work independently and are open-minded to new challenges. You also have a good ability to prioritize tasks based on needs, and meeting deadlines is a given for you.

Responsibilities

Common tasks include:

• weeding
• maintenance of hard surfaces
• cleaning summer flowers
• hedge trimming
• pruning bushes and trees
• watering
• planting

The work often involves a fast pace with physical tasks performed outdoors in all weather. You will be part of a group where you can benefit from each other's knowledge and experiences.

Qualifications

High school diploma

Driver's license: B

Previous experience in green space maintenance is required.

You are self-sufficient and take responsibility for driving your tasks forward. At the same time, you have good teamwork skills and enjoy working with others. You are structured, which makes it easy for you to prioritize and keep track of your tasks.

We are looking for 3 seasonal park workers. Start date 2025-04-01 or by agreement until 2025-09-30.
