About the Job

We are now looking for machine operators for upcoming assignments with our client in Piteå.

As a consultant with our client, you will have varied workdays with different tasks depending on the department. Common to all roles is that accuracy, responsibility, and a strong sense of quality are crucial. The tasks may include setting up, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment, as well as ensuring product quality by identifying and addressing any deviations.

The position is a full-time consulting assignment with a 6-month probationary period. For the right person, there are good opportunities for permanent employment. Working hours are scheduled for shift work, but may sometimes start with daytime hours during training. Therefore, you need to be flexible regarding working hours.

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in an industrial environment, has experience in, and wants to develop their skills in process and industrial work. You are a person who enjoys physical work, has a positive attitude, and easily takes in instructions. You adapt smoothly to different tasks and thrive in an environment where the pace varies. Experience with cutting, welding, or turning is advantageous. If you have also worked with machines, especially CNC machines, it is a plus. Good knowledge of English, especially in writing, is also seen as an advantage as some instructions and guidelines are in English.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

Experience in production or industry work.
Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Forklift and/or overhead crane license (advantageous).
Education in electrical, CNC, welding, or equivalent is advantageous.
