In Huskvarna, just outside Lyckås, we have opened our new carpet facility where we are now seeking production staff. The facility delivers to over 7000 addresses throughout Småland, Östergötland, Blekinge, and Öland, with a capacity to wash up to 120 tons of carpets per week. 

The Position:

As a production staff member, you will work with various tasks within production such as sorting and packing. You will be trained at one station at a time to develop your skills and learn the entire flow. The work will then be carried out with colleagues and supervisors to create the best conditions.

Working Hours: Full-time with shift work according to the following times: 

- Daytime Mon-Thu 06-14.45, Fri 06-16.45. Evening time 14.00-23.15 Mon-Thu, off on Fri. 

- Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement.

The start date is intended to be as soon as possible and begins with a 2-3 month employment during the peak season, with a good chance of extension and possibly permanent employment.  

To fit into this position, we see that you are cooperative, a team player, and not afraid to pitch in. You are always punctual and can handle stress. You have computer skills and possess good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and speaks and writes Swedish fluently. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and with a physically active job, where both lighter and heavier lifting occurs. You are responsible and have the ability to plan and prioritize your tasks as needed. Since the facility is not very large, high demands are placed on your ability to collaborate.
