We are looking for someone who wishes for a permanent full-time position. As a bus driver with us, you will have varying working hours – perfect for those who enjoy flexibility and variety. Your base will be our depot in Jönköping, where you will receive support from an engaged group leader. What you need to get started is a D driver's license and a valid YKB. We also expect you to enjoy delivering good service, ensuring that every trip is safe, smooth, and pleasant.

About Us

Vy Buss AB currently operates city traffic in Jönköping for Jönköpings Länstrafik (JLT). Public transport is developing with the city's growth, and many central bus lines are now electrified with vehicles running on electricity or biogas. An express bus line between Huskvarna and Jönköping is also available. To support the expansion, JLT has built a bus depot in Ljungarum, including new stops and buses equipped with USB chargers and defibrillators.

Who Are You?

You enjoy meeting people and see every encounter as an opportunity to brighten someone's day. You are responsible, meticulous, and drive as if your own life is at stake – our passengers' safety is your highest priority. To meet passengers in the best way and deliver good service, good communication skills are also required, and you must master Swedish in both speech and writing.

You have a valid D driver's license and an approved YKB. Experience in bus driving is an advantage but not a requirement.

Good to Know

As part of our safety work, employment relationships are preceded by alcohol and drug tests conducted by an appointed occupational health service. Random alcohol and drug tests occur during employment. In connection with employment, we may ask you to present an extract from the police criminal record.
