We at Boxflow Logistics are now looking for a Team Leader for our warehouse in Östra Ljungby – a key role where you will drive the daily operations forward together with an engaged team.

About the role

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the daily work in the warehouse. You coach and support your colleagues, ensure that workflows and routines are followed, and actively work to create a safe, efficient, and pleasant working environment.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Site Manager, contributing to the development of both people and processes to achieve our goals in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and distribute the daily work within the team
• Ensure that incoming and outgoing deliveries are made according to plan and customer requirements
• Follow up on results, key figures, and work on continuous improvements
• Coach and develop employees in their daily work
• Contribute to a positive work environment and good collaboration on site
• Work closely with other team leaders and operations management to optimize staffing and workflows

Working hours: Daytime, Monday to Friday.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in warehouse or logistics work who enjoys a role where you can combine leadership with operational work. You are structured, solution-oriented, and like to take responsibility. Creating engagement and a good atmosphere in the team is an obvious part of your leadership.

We believe that you:

• Have experience in leading and developing staff, preferably within warehouse/logistics
• Are used to working at a fast pace and making quick decisions
• Have good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Are meticulous, structured, and understand customer and quality requirements
• Have basic computer skills (Office suite, WMS systems)

Meritorious: Experience from 3PL operations or previous leadership responsibility in a similar environment.
