About the role

As an Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations at the site, where you, together with the Site Manager and Team Leaders, ensure that incoming and outgoing flows are handled efficiently, safely, and according to customer requirements.

You will lead, coach, and develop staff, be responsible for staffing planning, productivity monitoring, and customer contact, as well as drive improvement work to continuously develop our processes.

The role also includes responsibility for risk and safety work as well as workplace environment issues within your area.

Main responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and allocate daily work together with the Site Manager and Team Leaders
• Ensure that daily volumes are handled efficiently and according to customer requirements
• Be responsible for customer relationships and hold weekly and monthly meetings with customers
• Coach and follow up on staff, drive development and well-being
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and report to Site Manager/COO
• Plan staffing and resources both short and long term
• Conduct risk analyses.
• Identify and drive improvements in operations and processes

We are looking for someone who

• Has a high school education or equivalent experience
• Has several years of experience in warehousing or logistics, preferably in a leadership role
• Is computer literate (Office package) and communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is structured, service-oriented, and engaged
• Thrives in an operational environment where you can combine leadership with daily problem-solving
• Has a genuine interest in developing people and processes
