About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and driven administrator who wants to join an exciting journey. The role is on a consultancy basis with excellent possibilities for permanent recruitment for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Administer purchase lists and allocate orders
• Handle and follow up on backordered items
• Support customer service with administrative tasks
• Update and structure item registers
• Handle discrepancies with suppliers and warehouses
• Maintain ongoing contact with the warehouse for investigations, inventory checks, and troubleshooting

We are looking for someone who has

• Good computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience working in Teams
• Experience working in WMS systems
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
