Production Staff in Food Manufacturing

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible production worker on behalf of our client in food production.

This is an opportunity for you who want to work in a safe organization where quality, collaboration, and development are at the center.

About the position

You will be an important part of the production at our client, a company in beverage and food manufacturing.

The work is varied and includes participating in the entire production chain – from loading and unloading bulk trucks to filtering beverages. You will also be responsible for mixing according to developed recipes before filling, as well as other tasks related to production and logistics. The role requires accuracy, a sense of responsibility, and a desire to contribute to an efficient and safe production.

The working hours are scheduled for 2 shifts, and the start is immediate.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

-Is computer literate

-Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

-Has a good mathematical understanding

-Holds a forklift license

-Has a B driver's license and high school diploma

Personal qualities

To thrive in this role, we believe you have a genuine technical interest and a desire to understand how production works. You are in good physical shape, as the work can be physically demanding at times, and you are driven, proactive, and enjoy taking responsibility. At the same time, you are a team player who is humble but not afraid to take space when needed. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a good working environment.
