A valid driver's license and access to a car are required for commuting to and from the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Tool changes and settings in injection molding machines.
• Optimize process parameters to achieve high quality and productivity.
• Start-up and adjustment of machines according to production orders.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues during operational disruptions.
• Documentation of settings and process changes.
• Close collaboration with the quality and production departments.
• Follow workplace safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience working as a setter in injection molding.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes, plastic materials, and tool changes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machine settings.
• Technical education in plastics, production, or maintenance technology is an advantage.
• Experience with industrial control systems and automation is a plus.
• Understanding of quality systems and the importance of documentation.
