About Us

At SVEFAB (Svealands Fastighetsteknik AB), we offer property management services to our clients in Greater Stockholm and Mälardalen. We are a full-service provider to property owners and can offer our clients, in addition to management and property maintenance, electricians, operations technicians, cleaners, etc. We currently have about 40 employees, with an annual turnover of approximately 150 million SEK. Our clients include housing cooperatives, private property owners, and municipalities.

The Role

We are now looking for a responsible, service-oriented, and experienced property technician. We prefer that you are a pronounced problem solver who enjoys challenges, and we place great importance on your personal qualities. As a person, we see that you are responsible, service-oriented, helpful, and understand the importance of working in a team where everyone supports each other and the company.

The work involves corrective maintenance as well as supervision and care of properties and their facilities. Together with property managers, you will be responsible for a number of properties where you will handle the daily operations, from rounds to repairs. Daily contact and service to our clients are also part of your tasks.

We offer you varied tasks with the opportunity to develop a broad competence within the field. At SVEFAB, we are a strong team that works together, and we always welcome suggestions on how we can further improve our operations, encouraging all employees to engage and find new ways to provide our clients with the best possible service.

We prefer that you have several years of experience in property maintenance and a very good knowledge of the technical systems of properties.

You also have a valid driver's license (B).
