Safetly is an authorized security company approved by the County Administrative Board, but we operate with a completely new approach. We have built a digital platform and marketplace that modernly, transparently, and with quality assurance matches companies with professional security guards, watchmen, and event staff.

Through our app, companies can post assignments themselves – or we can do it for them. When an assignment is published, it goes directly to our verified workers in the Safetly app. We then evaluate the candidates and select the most suitable person based on several quality criteria.

We currently have over 120 corporate clients and more than 9000 users on our platform. Only the top 2–3 percent most suitable receive assignments – ensuring that we always deliver high quality, safety, and professionalism to our clients.

What we are looking for in you

We assess all Safetly professionals based on factors such as quality of work performed, availability, punctuality, reliability, and professional demeanor. It does not matter where you have worked before or where you come from – what counts is that you want to contribute to a safer society and meet our high standards.

To succeed in the role of a security guard, you need to be reliable, cooperative, stress-resistant, and responsible. You should have a strong ethical compass, good verbal skills in conflict management, and a genuine commitment to the assignment. You should be well-groomed, wear the correct uniform, and understand that you represent both Safetly, our clients, and the entire security industry.

Please note that you must be approved by the County Administrative Board to work in an authorized security company.

What we offer

You decide how much you want to work. In the Safetly app, you can book the days and shifts you want to work. However, some services require you to work full-time or part-time. You get full transparency – you always see the date, times, location, and compensation before you accept an assignment. The app is free, and you can take assignments in several counties in Sweden. There are both day and night shifts available.
