We are now looking for a Service Tendering Specialist to join our team in Västerås, Sweden. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to define and compile tenders for both our established and new service portfolio.

As a Service Tendering Specialist with us, you will be part of an international tender team. You will be responsible for creating and finalizing quotes, estimates, and tenders based on customer specifications or requirements and budgets – with the goal of achieving both market competitiveness and favorable business for the company.

Responsibilities

· Formulate and define competitive service tenders, estimates, and quotes, considering the best possible product mix as well as relevant technical and commercial aspects.

· Ensure that service tenders are documented on time with the correct content, including complete and accurate costs.

· Manage the preparation of all technical, financial, commercial, contractual, and, if necessary, project management-related parts of the tender, including pricing and business terms.

· Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support the tender process, such as translations, regulatory approvals, and efforts from other teams.

· Identify potential risks in estimates, tenders, quotes, and related agreements with various customers or distribution channels. Contribute information or participate in risk assessments.

· Build and nurture strong customer relationships to understand their needs and support sales by ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including technical support.

· Collaborate with purchasing and engineering teams to identify potential suppliers of equipment and materials required for the project, as well as evaluate suppliers' offers from a technical and commercial perspective.

Your background

· You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering. Experience in automation systems is a plus.

· Your previous experience may be in engineering work, tendering, (technical) project management, or sales.

· A strong technical background, preferably in electrical grid system automation, is a plus.

· Experience in power system design and knowledge of technologies such as substation automation and protection systems, SCADA, RTUs, IEDs, and communication for critical systems is a plus.

· You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
