About DFDS Logistics Services

DFDS Professionals is now seeking truck drivers for part-time work at our sister company DFDS Logistics Services AB, a transport company within the automotive industry located in Arendal. The company operates around the clock, six days a week, and employs approximately 250 full-time staff. The vehicle fleet consists of about 300 vehicles, including 80 trucks and 220 trailers.

About the position

As a truck driver at DFDS Professionals, you will transport goods for customers. Your main responsibilities include loading, transporting, and unloading goods in various flows, both long and short routes. The work is carried out in Gothenburg and is scheduled in shifts throughout the day.

About you

To fit the role of a truck driver at DFDS Professionals, you should primarily be comfortable behind the wheel and have a safe and responsible approach when operating the vehicle. Since you will meet customers daily in your work, we also believe that you are service-oriented, experienced in customer interaction, and enjoy that aspect of your workday. You have the ability to work independently and are meticulous, while also needing to collaborate with other drivers and work efficiently to stay within specified time frames.

The employment is a framework agreement position with the staffing company DFDS Professionals, with assignments at DFDS Logistics Services. To be the right person for us, you must also be flexible regarding working hours, tasks, and sometimes this may involve assignments with other clients.

Requirements for the position

• CE driver's license
• Digital tachograph card
• Valid YKB
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Work experience from similar assignments is an advantage
• Valid ADR certificate is a plus

A requirement for the position is that you need to study or have another primary occupation at 100%. It is desirable that you have at least one year left of your studies.

Mobile consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work out at our clients. Being a mobile consultant means that you are employed by us at DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, where your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.

We of course have a collective agreement. We care about your health and offer, among other things, wellness grants, discounts on gym memberships, etc. To ensure your peace of mind, you are also covered by insurance and occupational health services.
