About the position This is a consulting assignment for 12 months with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that PreZero Recycling intends to offer you employment with them in the long term. Together with their customers, they contribute to the circular economy and a more sustainable future. They offer effective waste and recycling solutions with a focus on customer needs and long-term sustainability. They collect and manage residual materials from customers' operations through recycling and/or energy recovery.
In their daily operations, customer benefit equals environmental benefit. In Sweden, they are present at about 60 locations, have over 1,100 employees, more than 50 recycling and reception facilities, and manage waste in around 40 Swedish municipalities. Their operations create value not only for the customers they provide recycling services to but also for the manufacturing industry and energy sector by refining waste into valuable raw materials for new production.

Job responsibilities
As a transport leader, you play a central role in ensuring an efficient and customer-focused transport operation. You work in our various systems where you receive and plan orders, follow up on daily operations, and handle any complaints.
The role involves many points of contact – primarily with customers and drivers, but also with other internal and external stakeholders. You are responsible for providing good service, building trusting relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling in dialogue with customers.
This is a dynamic and eventful role that suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy having a lot of contact via phone and email.
- Receive and register customer orders in the operational systems
- Plan and follow up on daily transport operations
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers and drivers
- Handle complaints and deviations
- Identify and communicate opportunities for upselling
- Perform simple record-keeping and administrative tasks
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Very good computer skills, preferably with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience from customer-oriented operations
- Experience from the environmental and/or transport industry is an advantage
- Practical experience from vehicles and/or the transport industry is an advantage
