We are looking for two Team Leaders for food production

We are now looking for two Team Leaders for our client's food production – an opportunity for you who want to lead, develop, and influence the future of production!

About the role

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in planning, leading, and following up on daily production work. You lead with a coaching leadership style where you inspire, support, and develop your employees to reach their full potential.

You will operate in a learning organization, where participation, competence development, and continuous improvement are at the center. Through clear communication, presence, and engagement, you build trust and drive both the team and production forward.

Your main responsibilities

- Plan, lead, and follow up on production work

- Coach, instruct, and develop staff in work tasks and routines

- Ensure that all employees have the right knowledge and conditions to succeed in their tasks

- Follow up that instructions, routines, and processes are adhered to

- Prevent and manage conflicts – you are a secure and clear leader who fosters team spirit

- Ensure that production is carried out according to applicable food safety standards

- Actively work for a safe, pleasant, and inclusive work environment

- Participate in improvement projects and contribute ideas that streamline and develop the business

Requirements:

- High school education, preferably with a focus on food, technology, or production

- At least 2–3 years of experience in leadership

- Good knowledge of food hygiene, quality assurance, and production technology

- Understanding of mechanical production and handling of production equipment

- Experience with production planning systems and reporting tools (e.g., M3)

Meritorious:

- Experience working according to HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, or similar food safety standards

Personal qualities

You are a coaching leader who believes in participation and learning as the path to success. You are motivated by seeing people grow and enjoy working closely with the business.

You are confident in your role, communicative, and have the ability to create engagement and accountability within the team.
