About the role

We are now looking for a Customs and Service Administrator for an innovative technology company in Uppsala. In this role, you will work to ensure correct customs handling and a smooth flow in the company's service and aftermarket processes. You will be a key person between logistics, production, workshop, and customer.

The tasks are varied but clearly administrative, where you will be responsible for:

• Working operationally with import, export, and self-control of customs handling
• Following up and monitoring customs declarations to the Customs Authority
• Communicating with customs agents and updating the customs portal according to internal procedures
• Ensuring that the company complies with applicable permits and initiating renewals on time
• Following up and reporting customs costs monthly
• Managing and administering service orders – from planning to delivery
• Registering and following up RMA cases, as well as creating orders and quotes in collaboration with the After Sales Manager
• Supporting service planning and coordinating with technicians and workshop staff

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in an administrative role where structure, order, and communication are in focus. You enjoy having many points of contact, both internally and externally, and you have the ability to quickly adapt to changes in everyday life.

You describe yourself as meticulous, solution-oriented, and engaged, with a good understanding of flows and processes.

We believe you have:

• High school education with a technical, economic, or administrative focus
• Several years of experience in customs, logistics, order administration, or similar
• Good computer skills and experience working in business systems (e.g., LN, LMS, Microsoft Office)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to handle rapid changes and prioritize correctly in a dynamic environment

It is an advantage if you have experience with customs processes, service flows, or work within the technology or manufacturing industry.

Practical information

• Scope: Full-time, daytime Monday–Friday (some flexibility with working hours and the possibility of remote work one day a week)
• Location: Uppsala
• Start: Immediately, no later than mid-December
• Employment: Consulting assignment via WeStaff Sweden
• Setup: Staff role
