Optima Bemanning AB is a service company in recruitment and staffing. We are based in Norrköping but operate throughout Sweden.

You are flexible and stress-resistant.

You have worked as a lathe operator for at least 3 years and have good experience in programming and setting up machines.

You have completed training in overhead crane and forklift operation and have no issues with reading technical drawings and related measurements. We are looking for a skilled and self-sufficient CNC operator in Stockholm on behalf of our client.

The job consists of setting up and adjusting the machine(s) and running the programs with the usual first and last piece inspection.

Programming skills in Mazatrol are a requirement, and knowledge of Heidenhain and Fanuc is an advantage.

You should have good experience working with CNC machines (Mazak) and at least 3 years in the profession.

The workplace has a good working environment with bright, spacious premises and close communication with designers, drafters, and management.

As an operator, you work very independently, which places high demands on completed training in overhead crane and lifting techniques, as well as preferably forklift training.
