As a store staff member at XLFOOD, you will play an important role in providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We are looking for someone who has a strong passion for customer service and who wants to work in a positive and inclusive work environment where they can develop their skills in sales and store operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner and providing recommendations based on their needs.
• Informing customers about current offers and promotions.
• Receiving product deliveries and stocking products in the store.
• Ensuring that the store is always organized, clean, and well-stocked, including cleaning and proper handling of products.
• Handling cash transactions and following the store's cash reconciliation procedures.
• Working in a team with other store employees to ensure smooth store operations.
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Has experience in customer service or sales. Previous experience in wholesale is a plus.
• Has a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Possesses good communication skills and the ability to listen to the needs of customers and the team.
• Can handle stressful situations.
• Is flexible and can work both day and evening shifts as well as weekends.
• Is willing to learn new things and develop in their role.
