About the Role As a Shift Leader at Holy Greens, you are someone who loves service and is driven to lead the daily operations alongside your colleagues. You lead and distribute the work within your assigned shift and continuously work to ensure that the organization's routines and the unit's goals are followed. In the role of Shift Leader, you work closely with the Restaurant Manager, and together you are responsible for various personnel-related issues as well as any absence notifications.

Qualifications To succeed in the role of Shift Leader, you are a natural team player who approaches our daily challenges with a strong solution-oriented mindset. You are trustworthy, decisive, yet humble and unpretentious. Meritorious: You have previous experience in a similar role with a leadership position.
