About the role

As a production operator at Symcel, you will be part of our production team and work with assembly, testing, and quality assurance of our instruments. The work involves assembling small and sensitive components, where accuracy and dexterity are crucial. Some tasks are performed under a microscope.

Examples of tasks:

· Perform production assembly and testing according to procedures and instructions

· Handle problems and deviations in production in consultation with the production manager

· Work towards set goals and contribute to continuous improvements in the production process

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has:

· At least 2 years of experience in production, assembly, or technical work

· Good technical understanding and a very meticulous work technique

· Ability to communicate in both Swedish and English

· Availability to work office hours and during the holiday period (Christmas to New Year)

Preferred qualifications:

· Experience in soldering and working with precision mechanics/electronics assembly

· Previous experience with detailed work under a microscope

· Employment form: Fixed-term employment from December to March (possibility of extension)
