Job Description

We are looking for someone who is skilled in sales and has a proven ability to build relationships with others. You work in an industry that has a high demand for consultants or from a consulting company where you have sold services to other businesses. You have a strong self-motivation. You get things done without anyone needing to tell you what to do. You have high motivation and a strong drive. You are simply a person with a lot of positive energy. Experience in selling web services such as websites and digital solutions is highly meritorious.

You love making deals and engaging in dialogue with customers over the phone and in meetings, and you work both efficiently and systematically to manage deadlines. You have the ability to think creatively, find new industries, optimize deals, and see customer benefits in various solutions. You are aware of the market and find it exciting to develop digital solutions and help customers improve their online presence.

In this role, you are expected to call and book appointments and present our services. We wish that you have previously sold over the phone and have successfully worked with sales targets.

Requirements:

You can sell.

You are good at communicating verbally and in writing and are not at all afraid to sell over the phone as well as in meetings. Ideally, you have worked with proactive sales previously (i.e., not worked as a salesperson in a store or similar).

You are, of course, motivated to start and close deals. The expectations on you will be high, but so will the compensation for good results. Experience in collaborating or working with recruitment companies and/or IT recruitments is highly meritorious.

You will receive both a fixed salary and a variable part with a target salary of approximately 40,000 SEK/month.
