About the role:

In this role, you will work from the heart of Silex – in the so-called “fab” – where about 180 process operators work in five shifts, around the clock, all year round. As a process operator, you will be involved in several different manufacturing steps with varying equipment in a cleanroom environment.

We are currently looking for people for the day shift: Monday–Thursday 06:50–14:45, Friday 06:50–13:30.

Your tasks:

The work is performed in a cleanroom with cleanroom clothing (cleanroom suit, safety glasses, masks, etc.). In the role, you will:

• Process wafers according to given instructions in Silex's logbook
• Perform microscopic inspection of individual silicon wafers
• Participate in and conduct process controls of equipment
• Work with varying tasks depending on the area – e.g. SPCs, machine processing, quality testing, microscopic inspections, handling chemicals and furnaces, etc.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma
• Speaks fluent Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Has experience from production, warehousing, or other structured work with clear routines and requirements
