This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting approximately four months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company.

Responsibilities

In the role of freight forwarder, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating transport, focusing on road and vehicle transport. You will ensure efficient and cost-effective deliveries by working closely with carriers to book transport services and follow up to ensure deliveries occur as planned. You will receive customer orders and manage information about weight, dimensions, and delivery times in the system. Your work involves optimizing transport daily to meet customer needs and solving any challenges that arise. You will also actively work on customer satisfaction through follow-ups and improvement efforts to ensure a high level of service and long-term relationships.

• Directing transport and managing deviations

• Broad contact areas, both externally and internally

• Administration in traffic management systems, reporting, and documentation

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed secondary education, further education in transport or logistics is an advantage

• A few years of work experience in vehicle directing or similar tasks within traffic coordination or freight forwarding

• Good computer and system skills and knowledge of the Office package (knowledge of Excel is an advantage)

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
