We are looking for a Technical Coordinator / Update Coordinator who wants to play a key role in coordinating and driving the work with updates and preparations of test objects and vehicles – from development phase to delivery.

In this role, you will be the spider in the web between the workshop, test team, and project management. You will be responsible for creating and prioritizing work orders, planning preparations, securing materials and testing equipment, and handling update requests. You will work closely with several workshops and test object leaders to ensure that each vehicle meets project requirements and is delivered on time.

• Create and prioritize work orders for the workshop for preparations and updates

• Coordinate materials, components, and testing equipment

• Analyze incoming update requests and convert them into work orders

• Coordinate deliveries and follow-up of test objects

• Identify and resolve any obstacles in the workshop flow

• Have a technical background or equivalent experience in planning and workshop

• Are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative

• Thrive in a role with a lot of collaboration and personal responsibility

• Have experience with test objects, vehicles, or similar technical environments

• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English

• Have a B driver's license

Knowledge of the automotive industry or VCC environments, as well as familiarity with tools like Office 365 and SharePoint, is a plus.
