Are you an experienced CNC operator who enjoys precision and woodworking?

M&M Träteknik is one of Skåne's largest carpentry companies – both in terms of area and number of employees. We are located in Sofielund, Malmö, and we are fourteen colleagues looking to grow.

We are now looking for a CNC operator with experience in WEEKE or similar CNC machines who wants to work in a varied and quality-focused production.

About us

We manufacture custom carpentry, windows, doors, and tailored interiors in solid wood and panel materials. Our customers are primarily construction companies, building suppliers, architects, and to some extent private individuals.

Our production is characterized by craftsmanship, precision, and collaboration – from the first drawing to the finished product.

With us, you will work closely with carpenters, painters, and project managers in a workshop where professional pride, accuracy, and teamwork are at the center.

Your tasks

• Operate and set up CNC machine (WEEKE) for the production of wood and panel components
• Program in WoodWOP
• Load programs and optimize runs
• Make adjustments and simpler programming directly in the machine
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality according to drawings
• Maintain the machine and contribute to order and flow in the workshop
• Participate in planning and improving production together with colleagues

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machines for wood, preferably WEEKE, Biesse, Homag, or SCM
• Knowledge of WoodWOP, AutoCAD, or similar CAM programs
• Understanding of drawings and material properties in wood
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Technically skilled and interested in developing work with machines and tools
• Swedish spoken and written

Employment and practical details

• Full-time, permanent | Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00
• Start: as soon as possible or by agreement
• We are affiliated with a collective agreement
