Your responsibilities and tasks

Your task is to ensure that everyone traveling with us has a safe and pleasant journey, in accordance with procedures and traffic and safety regulations. Among the drives are school transport and service traffic. You may sometimes assist in carrying and loading luggage or aids, such as wheelchairs.

In service traffic, we often drive people with special needs or disabilities. You are responsible for providing extra support and service to travelers using transport services, making medical trips, or other community-purchased journeys. Therefore, you should have knowledge of the applicable regulations for this type of travel. Since you have ultimate responsibility for everyone in the vehicle, you should have a good ability to work independently and take your own initiatives within the framework of your position, even under stress. You are the one who keeps traffic management and customers informed during traffic disruptions and deviations. You report to your immediate supervisor. Among the tasks is also to help ensure that the vehicle is clean and in good condition and to report vehicle faults and damages.

Qualifications

- You take pride in providing travelers with a good travel experience - a pleasant, service-oriented, and safe journey where everything works.

- You have good driving skills and believe it is important to drive environmentally friendly.

- You are responsible and can remain calm even in stressful traffic and customer situations.

- You are communicative, social, and proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if

-You have experience in healthcare or elderly care.

-You have a certificate for tail lift.

Basic requirements

• Category B driving license
• Taxi license
• 24 years old
