About the role Falks Metall in Gnosjö continues its growth journey and is now looking for key personnel for production. In both roles, you will be operational and present on the shop floor where you set up, fine-tune, and optimize lathe and/or five-axis milling machines. You will ensure the right tool selection, zero points, fixtures, and run test series for stable processes. We would like you to have knowledge and experience in CAD, as you will use CAD data and models in your daily work for programming, fixture thinking, and method development.

Your profile We are looking for someone with practical experience in setting up lathes and/or mills, preferably five-axis, and who is comfortable with CAM and CAD. You are meticulous and solution-oriented and enjoy collaborating with both operators and technicians. You have a good understanding of reading technical drawings and see the value in standardizing and improving processes over time.
